Drama Activities

We love drama. Here are some pictures of drama activities we enjoyed recently. First we tried to carry out conversations using only three word sentences. Next we played Park Bench, we made up characters and conversations on a park bench. We discussed the weather, sport and local gossip while sitting on the park bench.

Turning over a new leaf

During Lent we are preparing for Easter, it is a time for new beginnings. Sometimes people give things up for Lent, but sometimes people make a promise to 'turn over a new leaf'. We each thought about something good we can do for Lent.

Pancake Tuesday

We celebrated Pancake Tuesday by rewriting traditional tales with a pancake as a central character. We showed our creativity with stories such as The Three Little Pancakes and the Very Hungry Boy, The Pancake and the Wolf, Snow White and the Seven Pancakes and The Three Pancakes and the Troll. 

Of course we also celebrated by eating yummy pancakes.
