On Pancake Tuesday we made some delicious pancakes.
We took turns stirring until they were ready.
Then we decorated them with yummy toppings.

St Bridget's Crosses
February 1st is the first day of spring, and is also known as Lá Fhéile Bhríde,
St Bridget's Feast Day.
We celebrated by listening to stories about St Bridget
and by making St Bridget's crosses.
Hurling Training
This week we had our last training session with Gerry.
He has been a brilliant trainer
and has been teaching us new skills every week.
