School Tour
On the warmest day of the year so far we headed off to Turoe Pet Farm for our school tour.
We started off with Inflatable City and we quickly worked up an appetite.
We took a rest and had something to eat and drink.

After our snack we headed outside for a walk around the farm. First we visited the rabbits.

Then we played in the playground. We all loved the sand.

Next we followed the Nature Trail and everyone got a chance to feed the animals.

We heard the story about the escaped crocodile and everyone tried to spot it in the water. Even Karen had a look!

We continued on feeding the animals as we walked. We heard lots of interesting facts about them.

When our walk was over we got to play again.

On our way back to school we still had little bit of energy left so we visited the playground in Athenry.

 

 

 

We found a nice piece of shade to cool down in!
